Shipping Policy
Most orders ship out in 2–3 days, but give us up to 7 when things get wild—like during the holidays or that magical fall rush when everyone suddenly remembers how cozy tea is. You’ll get a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order heads out. If you created an account, you can also log in and find all your shipping info there.
Quick heads up: if your order ships to the wrong address, we can’t do much once it’s out the door—so triple-check that address before you hit “place order,” okay? We believe in you.
Refund & Returns Policy
We’re obsessed with everything we make and hope you will be too—but if it’s not love at first sip, no biggie. Just shoot us a message at help@sipchatley.com within 30 days, and we’ll sort it out. We’ve got your back (and your tea).
For teaware and other goodies, we’ve got a 30-day return policy. Just send the items back in their original packaging (unused—no tea stains, please), and we’ll refund your money to your original payment method, minus shipping. Heads up: once we process the refund, it can take up to 10 days to show up in your account—banks love to take their sweet time.
Where's my Order?
You should’ve gotten an email confirmation when you placed your order and tracking info once it shipped—tech magic and all that. Didn’t get it? No stress. Hit us up at help@sipchatley.com and we’ll get you taken care of ASAP.

Subscriptions aren’t a trap here. Cancel, swap, or tweak anytime. Just follow the links in your confirmation email, or log in to your account here and take control.
